At TONYA ZEE, it’s more than just coaching, teaching, business, and admin support.
Yes — I support organizations with strategy, storytelling, branding, and team alignment — but the work runs deeper than that.
Over the years, Tonya Zee has had the honour of working with schools, companies, nonprofits, and government organizations across Canada.
Some of the organizations I’ve partnered and worked with include:
Harness the River Conference —
and many many more.
TONYA ZEE is a platform, a down-to-earth presence, and a movement. It’s a woman and mission — rooted in purpose.
Here you will find "The Canadian Voices Project" which is a powerful and continued legacy. It began years ago through Women’s Empowerment Canada Inc. and WEC Magazine, and it now continues under the TONYA ZEE name — still rooted in the same mission: To celebrate Canadians who shift rooms and shape industries.
Tonya Zee is still updating and showcasing past and present honourees, but here’s a glimpse of a few incredible individuals we’ve recently highlighted:
Allison Prior — An East Coast artist first featured in our former Canadian Spotlight Project. Her work speaks healing, beauty, and quiet resilience — and continues to inspire through brushstroke, music and truth.
Bobs & LoLo — JUNO-nominated children’s entertainers, first honoured years ago for their impact in early education, music, and environmental awareness. We’ve proudly reconnected with them — and they remain a joyful force across Canada.
JaNae Armogan — Canadian actor, storyteller, and creative leader. Her voice was spotlighted early on in our Canadian Women feature. Nearly 15 years later, her passion and voice still ring loud in the creative arts and beyond.
Our Recent Canadian Honourees
Ben Loates — Realtor, community builder, former pro skateboarder, music teacher, and father. Ben is the kind of leader who shows up with quiet conviction and loud kindness. He’s not just building a business — he’s building a legacy. The Kind of Person You Don’t Forget.
Shauna MacNeil — Coach, business consultant, and plays a key role at Integrity Seminars. Shauna’s leadership ripples through every room she’s in — and I’m proud to continue aligning with her through events and purpose-filled conversations.
Kimberly Richards Carson — Passionate entrepreneur, business coach, and co-founder of Profitable Impact Academy. We first connected while I was teaching at CDI College, where she generously spoke to my students and later to our entire graduating class. Her presence was grounding then, and continues to be. This September, I’ll be joining her and Kat at the Profitable Speaker Bootcamp — a space where leadership grows with purpose, not pressure.
Events & Community Collaboration
The movement behind TONYA ZEE is built on connection — the kind that’s intentional, impactful, and real.
On October 2, I'll be joining Connie Kobylko at the Womanition BIZBRIGADE to celebrate her voice and share space with powerhouse entrepreneurs. Also in attendance will be Shauna MacNeil, another one of our honoured Canadian Voices.
In July, I was invited by the beautiful and empowering Louanne Savard of Stingray to the Grove Rotary Ribfest — where it was an honour to connect with her clients and reconnect with some of mine. The energy was unmatched. Genuine connections, great conversations — and non-stop laughter. Together, we bridged industries with purpose and impact.
I’ll also be attending Profitable Speaker Bootcamp in Edmonton (Sept 20–21), And while I’m honoured to be attending, what means more is that I’ll be sharing space with leaders I deeply respect—leaders who teach not from ego, but from lived experience.
Tonya Zee New Clients
Recently, I’ve had the honour of supporting two incredible business clients — both building with intention, clarity, and heart. Whether it’s helping them shape their message, build their brand presence, or offering hands-on support with business and social media — I show up as more than a coach or consultant. I show up as a partner. Because for me, it’s never just about the task —it’s about walking alongside them as they create values-led businesses that reflect who they truly are.
Every season brings meaningful moments.
Recently, I also had the honour to:
Attend Integrity Business Connect with host Shauna MacNeil and keynote speaker Rosalyn Fung, M.Sc., where the focus is always on building authentic relationships. It was such a special evening for myself and my guest.
Reconnect at the Business & Entrepreneur Centre BBQ, sharing space with clients and collaborators who continue to walk this journey with me.
Join the Jaguar Hauling team for a staff BBQ and video and photo shoot their event— we captured motivational content that honoured their awesome business, their drivers, their spirit, and their inspiring brand story.
Personal Milestones & Gratitude
This summer, we celebrated our son’s Grade 12 graduation — while hosting family from another province. It reminded me how much life and business are intertwined. And how our personal stories do shape our professional journeys.
I also continue to honour the memory of two remarkable mentors who passed last year. For over 15 years, I watched them impact families, communities, and lives. Their legacy lives in my work — and they’re part of what pushes me forward with purpose.
TONYA ZEE is not just strategy — it's alignment. Not just presence — but purpose. Not just visibility — but legacy.
I’ve spent years coaching businesses, teaching businesses, leading workshops, and spotlighting Canadians who lead from the inside out.
Everything I’ve built — from the former WEC Magazine to Canadian Voices to my current Tonya Zee branding and coaching work — exists to support others, amplify their voices, and build legacy stories that last.
What’s Ahead
Launching new Breakthrough Course modules for leadership growth. Expanding content partnerships and community workshop series
I will be seeking a strategic business partner to scale this movement with alignment and care
