Meet Tonya Zee

​Tonya Zee is a business educator with over 20 years of experience in helping organizations build strong workplace cultures. She is the founder of The Canadian Spotlight Project, which amplifies the stories of individuals behind the work. Also, she is well known for her Oganizational Spotlight Profiling, a human-centered staff profiling experience designed to strengthen workplace culture, improve communication, recognize strengths and help people feel seen, valued and connected. Tonya has been spotlighting teams with rich employee profiles for years, showcasing staff achievements, professional skills, personal interests, work history, and peer recognition.

Tonya is also known for her expertise in curriculum development, training, and leadership development, and everything she does is connected through the ICAN™ Mindset Framework, her signature leadership model built on four core pillars: Identity • Choice • Alignment • Nurturing
