But my drive (and courage) was forged in blazing fire. That’s why my lotus is not “just a logo.” It is my life: rising from the mud, pushing through darkness, and breaking open into something unstoppable.

I know what strength is — because I’ve lived it. I’ve stood at my 8-year-old daughter’s hospital bedside, watching her fight for her life against a sudden, deadly illness. Every parent’s nightmare. The Stollery Children’s Hospital and their life-saving doctors, support the prayers, and every ounce of hope gave us strength. She survived— a miracle child — only to step into another battlefield: relentless bullying that cut deep every single day.

This little girl has watched me rise above every challenge in life with strength and grace. And in return, I now watched her rise, with tears in her eyes and immense courage in her soul. I realized something deeper: her fight was also mine. She is my reflection — fierce, unyielding, unbreakable.

Then came another devastating blow: I lost my two closest friends, just a month apart. The kind of loss that shakes you to your core — unless you choose to rise.

I’ve also walked with souls through addiction and darkness. I’ve carried grief like a warrior. I’ve turned my scars into steel. And I’ve learned this: mindset is not just power — it is the unshakable weapon that turns pain into purpose and leaders into warriors. That's why my lotus is more than a logo. It's a story of rising from the ashes.

And here’s the truth: what I’ve shared is only a small fragment of my story, and the challenges I have had to overcome. And, I know you have a story too. Strength is not avoiding the mud.
