Linny Alberia

Linny’s journey begins in the Philippines, where she grew up as the only girl among three siblings. From a young age, she was driven, deeply curious, and determined to find her way forward. She shares, “That ‘keep going’ spirit became one of the defining forces of my life.” That mindset was shaped early on through both her environment and her experiences—learning to stay disciplined, ask questions, and continue moving forward no matter the challenge.

One of Linny’s earliest memories reflects this mindset. As a young girl, she was given a mountain bike, far too big for her at the time. She knew it would be difficult, and she knew she might fall. But she was determined to learn how to ride it. She never gave up. Each time she fell, she got back up and tried again—until she found her balance. Reflecting on that moment, Linny says, “It became a reminder that life is about balance, resilience, and the belief that no challenge is too big if you are willing to get back up and try again.”

From a young age, Linny also carried a strong desire to help others. She recalls a moment when her grandmother gave her ten pesos. Instead of spending it on herself, she chose to buy lunch for other children. That experience left a lasting impression—one that continues to guide her purpose.

When Linny came to Canada, she came with a dream—to create impact, support others, and build opportunities that would extend beyond herself. She says, “One of my first roles was working in a coffee shop, where I was introduced to new expectations and cultural differences.” With the support of her mother and a willingness to learn, she embraced every opportunity for growth. Rather than allowing challenges to define her, she allowed them to shape her—reminding us that progress begins when we choose to keep moving forward.

From there, she moved into cleaning homes—an experience that further shaped her work ethic and mindset. Linny did not see any role as “just a job.” Instead, she saw an opportunity to learn, improve, and build something greater. Through consistency, kindness, hard work, and a commitment to going above and beyond, she eventually built her own cleaning business. This marked the beginning of her journey into entrepreneurship.

From those early beginnings, Linny continued to expand her vision. Today, she leads multiple businesses, including a college, a home care organization, and additional ventures that continue to grow. Her approach to business is thoughtful and intentional, seeing the bigger picture while understanding the steps required to bring that vision to life.
