There are people in your professional journey who don’t just show up — they shift the room. They lead with grace, strategy, and unwavering integrity. Louanne Savard is one of those rare forces.
With over 20 years of excellence in media, marketing, and communications, Louanne has made an indelible mark—from radio waves to boardrooms, classrooms to national campaigns. Her work isn’t just about sales—it’s strategic, heart-led, and deeply rooted in authentic connection.
I had the privilege of working alongside Louanne in the post-secondary education sector, where I served as a business instructor, coach and facilitator. I witnessed firsthand how she led students, empowered teams, and built trust in an industry that demands both innovation and resilience. Her ability to merge emotional intelligence with strategic vision is both rare and deeply impactful.
Whether she’s guiding teams through change or driving high-level digital marketing strategies, Louanne’s leadership speaks volumes. Her work at Stingray—home to some of Canada’s top radio stations—is just one example of her ability to lead with passion while never losing sight of people.
Through the years, I’ve watched Louanne rise, evolve, and lead with integrity, humility, and clarity. Her career is nothing short of a masterclass in consistency, character, and courage.
This isn’t just business. This is legacy work.
To know Louanne is to witness genuine connection, fierce intelligence, and an unwavering commitment to her purpose. I honour her not only for her professional achievements—but for the soul, wisdom, and heart she brings to every space she enters.
Here’s to the journey. Here's to the sisterhood that remains strong after more than two decades of impact.
Now, I get to honour Louanne and her journey once again—alongside so many incredible changemakers in our growing, purpose-driven network.
