Tonya Zee is the creator of the I CAN™ Mindset Framework, a Leadership & Mindset Educator, and a Business Strategist with more than 20 years of experience developing leaders across diverse industries. She provides business‑friendly services in Edmonton, supporting organizations at various stages of growth with a people‑first approach. A Fierce Award Winner and 2025 Platinum Award Recipient, Tonya has partnered with some of Canada’s most respected organizations, consistently elevating teams while remaining grounded in professionalism and heart.

Tonya is also the visionary behind her national Spotlight Projects, which honour Canadians for their leadership, service, and impact. For over 15 years, she has featured exceptional individuals across multiple platforms—including WEC Magazine—and continues to expand this initiative to amplify the stories of Canadians who are shaping their communities and industries. Her mission is to foster a culture of recognition, appreciation, and inspiration.
