I see so many brilliant people paralyzed by perfection. The truth is, clarity moves the needle. Perfection delays momentum. We need to strip back the noise and reconnect with our real voice, our true values, and our next aligned step—not the perfect one, the honest one.
3. Your story is your strength.
Yu don’t need to be louder. You need to be rooted. You’ve lived enough, built enough, and overcome enough to lead with depth.
